  • 3.1 Each Fiat player is entitled to a single, unique Player Account. Players found to have registered multiple Player Accounts, otherwise referred to as Duplicate Accounts, using the same or different personal information will have their accounts closed and all winnings generated withheld with immediate effect. All transactions with the intent of cheating or defrauding the Casino will be cancelled at our own discretion.

    3.2 Upon making a deposit and/or transaction, players have to use the currency of the country of residence provided during the registration process. If there is no such option available, all funds will be automatically converted into Euros at an exchange rate comparable with the exchange rate used for the day in course by banks and credit card companies.

    3.3 Player Accounts are not to be used as bank accounts. There is no insurance, guarantee or sponsorship set in place by any bank in question to protect your funds through an official banking insurance policy. Moreover, unused funds do not accrue interest. Alternatively, Player Accounts inactive for a period of time equal to or greater than 6 months will be flagged as Dormant Accounts. We reserve the right to void any available funds from Dormant Accounts.

  • 4.1 In order to engage in the gambling activities advertised on the website, players have to make at least one real money deposit which will be used for future bets.   • 5.1 No transaction can be cancelled without our written consent once a bet has been confirmed.
